Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Ventitré. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 21 business days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item would not be eligible for return. 

• All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges

• Items must be in sold condition to be accepted for return and tags must be attached. We do not offer exchanges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

• Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 
• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
